FLEX BIOFUELS can guarantee continuity of product supply from stock, as we are national market leaders in the trade and production of the feedstock used in biodiesel production and have the established processing, transport and storage infrastructure.
To enable our customers to better manage their inventory and storage demands FLEX BIOFUELS uses 'just in time' delivery strategies. Our operations and logistics team works closely with customers to monitor fuel usage and in some cases FLEX BIOFUELS will monitor customer tanks via remote telemetry downloads.
As part of FLEX BIOFUELS' Quality Assurance Program we provide our customers with education on storage and handling of our products and run workshops for drivers on the handling of FLEX BIOFUELS' products.
If a customer experiences an issue with our products, either in their storage or their usage, our competent and dedicated technical personnel will respond to the issue immediately upon receipt of notification.
