As finite worldwide oil resources dwindle and prices continue to firm, biodiesel is emerging as a legitimate alternative fuel source - particularly for the transport and primary industries sector. FLEXBIOFUELS is committed to this fledgling industry both within Australia and globally.
The production of biofuels can have a very positive effect on agricultural markets (which produce the raw materials), the economy, and the employment rate as it directly and indirectly creates jobs in the related industries.
FLEXBIOFUELS' products are manufactured from renewable and sustainable biofuel components and hydrocarbon products which meet current cleaner fuel standards. FLEXBIOFUELS' products also have reduced particulate and greenhouse gas emissions compared to petroleum diesel emissions, meaning cleaner air and a cleaner, healthier environment.

FLEXBIOFUELS is well positioned to support the local biodiesel industry as we are the national market leaders in the trade and production of the feedstock used in biodiesel production, and we have established processing, transport and storage infrastructure.
FLEXBIOFUELS' products are 'fit for purpose' and functional. The physical and combustion properties of our product - FLEX Biodiesel (B100) - are similar to petroleum diesel, and thereby make it suitable for use in situations where petroleum diesel is used. FLEX Biodiesel (B100) can operate in most diesel engines with little or no modification.
The storage and handling requirements for the FLEXBIOFUELS products are comparable to those of petroleum diesel, so existing storage equipment and procedures can be utilised with no or minimal modification. See the description of handling requirements.
To ensure the highest possible level of product quality, service and continuity of supply, FLEXBIOFUELS employs stringent quality assurance standards. Key personnel are responsible for quality assurance at each stage in our operations.
